Australia and New Zealand: 8 - 10 business days (via Fastway, NZ Post)
For Express Shipping, we favour DHL Express and it usually takes 3 - 6 business days after dispatch.

Please note that all returns must be made within 21 days of your original purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Only regular-priced items may be returned for a refund. Clearance and Final Sale items are non-returnable.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may exchange it for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable or out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and will not be included in your refund (if applicable).
